Welcome to Serenity™ sound mobile App (“Serenity,” “we,” “us,” or “the App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Purpose of the App 

Serenity is designed to support general wellness, relaxation, improved sleep quality, mindfulness practice, focus enhancement, and emotional balance through sound environments, ambient audio, meditation soundscapes, and gentle frequency-based tones.

The use of the term “therapy” refers to a self-guided wellness and relaxation experience, not to medical, psychological, or clinical treatment.

The App does not:

• Provide medical or mental health advice
• Diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition
• Offer psychotherapy or counseling
• Replace professional care of any kind

The Balance category provides non-clinical sound experiences intended to help support a sense of grounding, calm, and emotional steadying. These are not marketed or intended as medical or psychological therapies.

Users experiencing emotional distress or health concerns should contact a licensed medical or mental health professional. In emergencies, call local emergency services

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App.
Users under 18 should use the App with a parent or guardian.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Some features of Serenity require a paid subscription.

• All purchases and billing are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• You may modify or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple and Google policies.

We do not directly process or store payment card information.

4. User Accounts

If an account is created, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for actions taken under your account

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All audio content, graphics, interface elements, branding, images, and related assets are the exclusive property of Serenity Sound Therapy and protected under copyright and trademark law.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or broadcast App content
• Use App content commercially or publicly without permission

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
• Attempt to disrupt the App’s functionality

Violation may result in suspension or removal from the App.

7. Wellness Disclaimer

Serenity Sound Therapy provides self-guided wellness support only. Results may vary by individual experience. We make no guarantees of specific outcomes related to sleep, mood, emotional state, or focus.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Serenity is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
